These flexible doors have long been known
for their energy saving qualities, preventing heat loss from one area to
another, or indeed preventing chill loss in refrigerated areas.
They are also labour saving, as staff don't
have to stop to open the doors, but merely "crash" straight through.
Perhaps not as widely known is the ability
of these doors to control airborne pollutants, dust, spray, fumes, noise and
insects.
